Who you are dealing with

JGRewards is built and run by JG AI Research & Development Pvt Ltd, trading as JGAI, which handles the product, research and development. It works with regional partners: BRJU InfoSec Inc across North America, and IA7 GlobalTech across the EU and UK. Which one is responsible for your information depends on where you are and how you joined, and the privacy policy sets that out.

Whoever you need, write to support@jgrewards.com and it reaches the right team.

Where information is stored

In a managed PostgreSQL database hosted in the United States. If you are in the European Union, that means your information is transferred outside the EU. Retailers who need the detail of that transfer for their own compliance can ask us and we will provide it.

Reporting a problem

If you think someone has created a membership using your phone number, or you have a security concern, email support@jgrewards.com and say so plainly. We would rather hear about it.

These documents are kept current as the product changes. The date at the top of each shows when it was last revised.
