One member code
A single QR code identifies you anywhere in the network. You do not need a different card, app or number for each shop.
Member coupons
Discount codes from partner brands, offered as a benefit of membership. Tap to reveal a code and use it at the partner.
Alerts
Told when you have enough points to claim something, and when a shop you belong to runs an offer. Read and unread, and you can dismiss them.
Your details, once
Correct your name or email in the app and it updates at every shop you belong to, rather than shop by shop.

Points and rewards
Points are issued by the shop you earned them at, not by JGRewards. Each shop decides how many points a purchase earns, what its rewards are, what they cost and whether points expire. Points have no cash value and cannot be moved between shops or given to someone else. When you have enough, ask a member of staff — they claim it at the till.
Your privacy, plainly
A shop only sees its own customers. Where else you shop is not visible to them.
Your location is not collected. The app does not ask your device for it. We ask which country you are in, which is optional, and use it only to avoid showing you offers from another continent.
Your email is partly hidden even from you, because signing in needs only a phone number. You can see enough to recognise it, and replace it whenever you like.
You can delete your membership from Profile, at any time, without asking anyone. See deleting your account.
We confirm the number is yours. Signing in texts you a six-digit code. Until a number is verified we deliberately show less of the account — a partly hidden email address rather than the full one — so that somebody who merely knows your number cannot read your details.
